We hope you and your little ones love our children’s books and puzzles. If there’s ever a problem, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below:
📚 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (books and puzzles for children), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
💔 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to chaun@racheltheradiographer.com with:

A clear photo of the item and packaging

A short note describing the issue
We’ll take care of it and send a replacement if needed!
⏳ Refunds (if approved)
If we’re not able to replace the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
📮 Shipping Costs
We do not cover return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
